At SubAlerts, we're all about
making this as easy as possible for you, so we offer you two ways of
getting updates about your subway service sent to your phone.
First, sign-up for an account. We'll ask you some questions about your
phone number and username, you know the drill, then we'll ask you some
questions about how you want to receive your updates. You have the
option of receiving messages during certain timeframes or only when you
request them from your mobile phone.
If you know you are someone who commutes to work on the L train Monday
to Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. and again between 6:30 p.m.
and 8:30 p.m., maybe pick these hours as the times you would like to
receive updates so you don't have to keep checking in with us everyday.
If you're someone who has an inconsistent schedule, like a student or a
freelancer and takes various trains daily, maybe you just check-in with
SubAlerts as you need by making a request from your phone.
